Terms of promotional package are valid from November 20th 2006 to December 31st 2007.
If you are an existing SIM-SIM subscriber, during the validity period of promotional package you may substitute your current tariff package for SIM-SIM “Christmas”. The cost of changing your tariff to the SIM-SIM “Christmas” is 10 UAH (VAT included).
In order to identify your current tariff scheme, dial the combination of *101# in the waiting mode, and press the “call” button.
In the starter package you buy, the SIM-SIM “Economy” tariff is set. To start using the SIM-SIM “Christmas” tariff, call at the free-of-charge number 7722 and change your tariff. The first tariff change is free-of-charge. Further tariff changes require payment.
Setting/changing one number within the SIM-SIM Family (5 numbers) service costs 5 UAH (VAT included). For setting or changing SIM-SIM Family numbers, call to free-of-charge number 7770. UMC, SIM-SIM and JEANS numbers may be included into SIM-SIM Family.
The maximum duration of a call to SIM-SIM Family numbers is 10 minutes.
The maximum duration of a call to all directions is 30 minutes.
The tariffs are indicated in UAH with VAT as of November 20, 2006. The call set-up fee is 27 kopecks, and is charged for each call. Billing of calls is per second, starting from the first second. In compliance with the laws of Ukraine, an amount equal to 7.5% of the cost of all communication services rendered to you will be added to your bill and remitted to the State Pension Fund.
