Calls are charged per second from the first second of the call (excluding roaming calls). Connection fee is charged on all calls (except for numbers of services of UMC WAP, Mobile Internet and roaming calls).
The first transfer of the service plan New SIM-SIM Club to New SIM-SIM Team or visa versa are available at no charge. All follow-up transfers are available at 10 UAH (incl. VAT).
Current SIM-SIM subscribers may switch from the current service plan to a new one. The transfer of a service plan to New SIM-SIM CLUB or New SIM-SIM TEAM is UAH 10 (incl. VAT).
SIM-SIM Family, SIM-SIM Oblast and Voice Mail may not be accessed when in roaming.
The Ukrainian law sets the tax deduction to the Pension Fund.
UMC may modify service rates without prior notification.
