Make sure that your phone supports MMS GPRS services;

Activation:

If you are a contract subscriber, call to the Client Call Center operator to number 111 and order activation of MMS GPRS service.

A physical person needs to orally provide his/her passport data, and a legal entity needs to send a request letter by fax to 8 050 462 24 00 on the letterhead of the enterprise, notarized by the director's signature and the seal.

If you are a SIM-SIM subscriber, for activating MMS GPRS service, send an SMS to number 1040001 (free of charge). The service will be activated within 24h.

Manual setting of MMS through an SMS query:

Step 1: send an SMS with the name of your phone in the format Brand (space) Model (for example, Mobile 2007) to number 1020;

 

Step 2: check to see if the system has correctly defined the model of your phone;

Send 1 if the value is correct, or 2 if an error was made (the probability of an error is very low);

 

Step 3: as a response to the return message, send 1 for receiving settings of WAP GPRS, 2 for receiving settings of MMS GPRS;

 

Step 4: open the message with settings and enter PIN code 111, if your phone requests it. After entering the PIN, save the settings received as the standard ones.

Attention! Together with messages on service settings, you will receive information messages requiring no answer.

Manual setting of MMS using the table with standard settings:

Please! Do no send MMS messages to your own number. It’s can be reason of your handset’s mistake.

Try to restart your handset before making changes in settings if you’re use smartphone (Nokia E, N series, HTC, Ericson k-series and other) and you have problems with MMS GPRS Servise.
