• Voice Mail is a UMC service that operates as a usual answering machine and allows you to accept and save voice messages in case your phone is switched off or you cannot answer a call. You'll be able to see that you've received a new voice message, as well as the phone number of the subscriber who left the message due to an SMS message that Voice Mail will send to you.

To start using the service, you need:

• to activate the service by calling 7744. The cost of calling to number 7744 (the cost of service activation) is 10 UAH for each call, VAT included. Please, pay your attention to the fact that the service is activated on receiving your call – even if you hang up immediately after being connected with number 7744.
• using your phone menu, choose the most convenient conditions for forwarding your calls to Voice Mail. Set the forwards you choose to number: +380501200001. Simultaneously with activation of the Voice Mail service call forward to Voice Mail is activated for the cases when your phone is switched off or beyond the coverage zone. Forwards set can be altered by the subscriber.
• you'll hear the first voice greeting of the Voice Mail service in Russian. You can change Voice Mail language for English or Ukrainian in the Voice Mail main menu. Language change is free of charge.
• to record your personal greeting or voice signature, set the access password for your Voice Mail box, change your Voice Mail language, call +380501200000 from your mobile phone (сharged, according to your tariff package)

Password

• The password is a combination of digits (maximum 6 digits) that protects the messages left for you against the possibility of being heard by other people. Your initial password is <0000>. We recommend you to change the password to a combination of digits that nobody knows but you.

Private welcome

• Every subscriber forwarded to your Voice Mail will hear your private welcome and will be able to leave his/her message. You can also use the standard welcome offered by the Voice Mail.
  
  
• You'll be able to see that you've received a new voice message, as well as the phone number of the subscriber to left the message due to an SMS message that Voice Mail will send to you. In case you receive calls from abroad or in some other cases the phone number of the person who left a message for you can be not defined or defined incorrecty.
  
  
• To listen through the messages that you receive call +380501200000 from your mobile phone.
  
  
• When listening to messages you can move forward or backwards. Press:
• 1 – to go 8 seconds back;
• 1-1 – to go back to the beginning of the message;
• 1-1-1 – to listen to the previous message;
• 3 – to go 8 seconds forward;
• 3-3 – to finish listening.
  
  
• After you have listened through a message you can:
• 4 – save the message;
• 5 – delete the message.
  
  
• Any time you can press:
• 7 – pause;
• 9 – back to the Main Menu.
  
  
• For more information please address the UMC Contact Center at any time, 24 hours a day from your mobile phone – 111.
  
  
  Calls to the UMC Contact Center from UMC subscribers are free of charge within Ukraine. Voice Mail messages are preserved for 5 days – unreaded, 7 days – readed. You can simultaneously store in your mailbox not more than 10 messages. Maximum length of one message is 120 seconds, maximum length of all messages – 10 minutes. You can discontinue use of the service by calling 7745.
  
  

• First voice greeting of Voice mail service will be at Russian language. To change language to english call the UMC Call Center.
  
  

• Attention! If you do not use your Voice Mail within 3 months, service will be deactivated. To reactivate your Voice Mail call the UMC Contact Center (a free call to 111 from a UMC mobile phone in Ukraine).
  
  

• ATTENTION! Voice Mail is unavailable for SIM-SIM subcribers in roaming.
