Call Hold

Call Hold gives a subscriber the opportunity of making another outgoing call while already calling without interrupting this connection.

With the help of your phone's menu you can speak to both callers in turn. For more information concerning Call Hold, please see the User's Guide of your mobile handset.

Attention! While calling the emergency number 112 the Call Hold service does not function.

Call Waiting

Once Call Waiting is activated, while talking on your phone you will receive a beep to inform you of another incoming call.

You can answer it during an active call with the help of the Call Hold service or after ending the active call. The subscriber who calls you will hear the normal ringing tones irrespective of the fact you are talking on the phone or your phone is free.

Conference Call

The Conference Call service allows you to set up a simultaneous multiparty connection between a maximum of six subscribers (including yourself).

It's not only UMC subscribers who can be connected to conference call,
but also:
  • subscribers of other mobile communications operators in Ukraine,
  • subscribers of general landline network and
  • subscribers from other countries.
To use this service your phone has to support this function.

For more information on how to set up and delete a conference call refer to the User's Guide of your mobile phone.
